How to appoint and/or change the fund manager?

You can appoint another person as a manager of your fund during the fund creation process. To do this, you need to disable the 'I trade by myself' setting, which is enabled by default and is located under the Commissions block.
1) To appoint another person as a manager, you need to paste their MetaMask wallet address into the 'Manager address' field.
2) You will also need to set the 'Manager share', which is the percentage of all the subscription fees and performance fees during each reporting period.
Be careful! Only the fund manager will have access to trading capabilities within the fund.
You can also change the manager later. To do this, click 'Edit DeFund' in the upper right corner of the DeFund window and scroll down to the 'Settings' block. Click on the pencil symbol next to the manager's address to change the manager and/or their share.
The order of steps here will be the same as in points 1 and 2 above. The only new steps are:
3) You can mark the checkbox which will block the trading for the current manager until the change of the manager will be finished.
4) Request an update and sign the confirming transaction in the MetaMask popup.
The change of the manager's address and their share will take effect at the next reporting period, so you will need to wait until then. The reason for this is to avoid a situation where the fund owner appoints themselves as a manager just before the reporting period and takes the entire share.
Small hint: You can also appoint yourself as the manager of your own fund.
