FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Transactions take a very long time or get stuck in the queue. What should I do?

This is a feature of DEX in general. You can avoid it by using our One Click Trading tool. If, for any reason, you don't want to use One Click Trading, you can solve the problem by changing the public node in your Metamask. You can find the addresses of public nodes here: https://docs.arbitrum.io/build-decentralized-apps/reference/node-providers

and copy the address of the chosen node into MetaMask settings.

2) SL/TP does not disappear after the trigger is activated and the position is closed. Is this a bug?

No, this is not intended by DeFunds. It is a feature of SL/TP functionality on the GMX platform and is implemented by them. It does not have any consequences, SL/TP simply remains in the list.

3) Gas prices are incredibly expensive, no matter which payment strategy I choose in the settings. What should I do?

This depends solely on the network load, and in this case, everyone using the network is experiencing the same problems simultaneously. In the case of the Arbitrum network, such problems rarely occur. You can track the current gas prices here: https://tokentool.bitbond.com/gas-price/arbitrum

4) The constant need to confirm any action in a pop-up window is annoying. How can I get rid of this?

You can use One Click Trading to confirm transactions without openning Metamask

5) Why do the charts when trading through the GMX terminal on DeFunds not match the charts on other exchanges?

This is how it should be. Other exchanges have their own order books, and prices will almost certainly differ. Only the trend might be the same. The only exchange you can compare the chart on DeFunds to is GMX itself. However, the chart in the integrated terminal on our platform lags by no more than a couple of seconds.

6) I created a fund, but it doesn't appear in the list. What should I do?

Wait a couple of minutes; sometimes the fund may take a little longer to appear than usual. During this time, periodically refresh the page.

7) I can't edit the position. What is wrong?

To make changes to a position, make sure you have USDC in your account, as all changes are made through it. If you don't have USDC in your account, you can use our internal swap or an external service to exchange.
